This policy explains how IARTSHOW CORP (「VideoSea」, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use videosea.ai and the VideoSea mobile applications.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your email address; prompts, images, video and other content you submit; generated media and project history; purchase and credit transaction records; and limited technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate your account, generate and deliver media, maintain your credit balance, process purchases, provide support, prevent abuse and improve VideoSea.
AI processing and service providers
Content submitted for generation may be processed by contracted cloud, storage, payment and AI infrastructure providers solely to provide VideoSea. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments
Apple and Google process mobile purchases. Stripe processes eligible web purchases. VideoSea receives transaction identifiers and purchase status, but not your full card number or mobile-store payment credentials.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and transaction records as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting or law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted network transport and access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Children
VideoSea is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Your choices
You may access or update account information in the service and may request access, correction or deletion by email. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
